Lately I’ve gotten really into getting back in shape but it’s harder than you’d imagine to get back on track. I love my family to death but ever since we got www.Cabletvadvisor.com satellite TV all they want to do is sit down and watch TV on the weekends. I used to be a lot more outdoorsy before we had kids but my husband is understandably really tired when he gets home from work and I don’t want him to think I’m trying to drive him crazy making him exercise. So I’ve been going for long walks in the mornings by myself and I’ve actually been doing a lot in the way of getting the whole family’s food situation back on track. We’d really gotten lax about letting the kids eat whatever they wanted so I started preparing meals five nights a week like before because at the end of the day I know it’s better for everyone. I feel better and I’ve lost about 5 pounds so I know it’s working which is encouraging!
